PERSPECTIVE · PLATFORM TRUST

Strong tenant boundaries are a product feature

An airline platform earns trust when every request, record, workflow, and operational decision has an explicit owner. Tenant isolation cannot be a convention left to individual screens or database queries.

01

Routing is not authorization

A hostname or selector may identify a passenger channel, but it never grants access. Trusted context is constructed centrally and carried through every service boundary.

02

Authority stays on the server

Browsers select an offer, seat, or action; they do not dictate tenant, provider, inventory owner, price, or fulfillment authority.

03

Visibility remains scoped

Shared infrastructure does not require shared access. Roles, accounts, environments, and tenant ownership are checked together and audited.

04

Isolation stays testable

Boundary tests deliberately mix tenant identifiers, resources, tokens, and hostnames and assert rejection continuously.
